Everything we do at Team Rees Gym is powered by our passion for health and fitness! From the treadmills, squat racks and even right down to the night club sound system we installed, only the best would do. We knew if we created a gym that we loved to train in, so would our members....

We really do mean state-of-the-art but can't take all the credit for our fantastic design. We teamed up with Life Fitness, the world’s best equipment manufacturer, and their industry expert design team. Everything that you see, over 150 pieces of kit was made bespoke for us and imported from the USA. Life Fitness were so proud of the project they even recognised Team Rees Gym as an official Hammer Strength Training Centre, a gold standard for the best gyms in the world.

YOU DON'T NEED TO BE PERFECT...YOU JUST NEED TO GET STARTED

We realise that the toughest part is making a start, that's why every member has access to a personal trainer to discuss and write a bespoke training plan as part of your membership. We will take care of everything from showing you how the machines work, how much cardio to complete and recommending fitness classes, we have you covered! If you feel confident in the gym and just want to get at it no problem, we will be waiting to offer you one of our high protein shakes or smoothies in the Cafe to refuel after those tough sessions.
